Furnace photo tour - front and inside Print E-mail

We've been a bit tardy in getting this done, folks... but here finally is the finished product:  a furnace photo tour.   I hope you enjoy a detailed look at the forced air furnaces.

furnace front

This is the front of the furnace....  You can easily see the door for the burner chamber and the ash pan at the bottom, the blower on the left and the auger motor box on the right.   The location of the blower and fuel inlet can be reversed, we simply need to know the orientation at the time of order.  The silver UL certification sticker is at the top right, showing that it meets quality standards as a safe and consistent product.  And no, yours will not be on wheels - this one is setting on our delivery cart.   :)

Variable BTU operation Print E-mail

Hmmm... a furnace which can be changed in regards to heat output?  How does that work?  Its it hard to do?   Those are the questions we try to answer here!

The first point that must be stressed is that on a day to day basis, your thermostat will be the primary regulator of heat levels in your home.   That's the way it should be!    When we mention a Variable BTU system, this is to set the necessary BTU output based on the design features of the structure which you are heating.

For example, a large garage with minimal insualtion will of course usually require more heat than a small 1100 square foot highly insulated, high efficency home.   The large garage needs a larger furnace than the small home.   With the LDJ Amaizeing Heat Variable BTU system, the same unit can accomidate both structures!
